Specialized Belize Transport:
-Roundtrip Transfers: Enjoy seamless roundtrip transportation from San Pedro Airstrip or ferry port (based on your preference) to and from the property.
-Arrival in Belize: To reach the resort, fly into Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE). From there, you can either book a flight to San Pedro or take a ferry to the island.
* The flight to San Pedro takes approximately 15 minutes.
* The ferry ride is about 1.5 hours.
-Recommended Airline: We recommend Tropic Air for your domestic flight to San Pedro.
-Additional Information: The cost of the ferry ticket or domestic flight is not included in your vacation package. However, our agency can assist with booking and coordination. Detailed instructions will be provided to all travelers to ensure a smooth journey.
-*Transfers in San Pedro: Upon arrival in San Pedro, your airport or ferry port transfer to the property is included in vacation package, as well as the return transfer for your departure.

-Please note that WUHU is currently not providing in-house travel protection until further notice. -Each condo includes one king bedroom, while the other room(s) offer two single beds that can be combined into a king-sized bed. Every guest will have their own bed, except for the king bedroom, which will be shared by two people
-Dedicated trip host either virtual with an onsite hotel rep or a physical trip leader
-Open to all travelers over the age of 21, regardless of gender
-Roommate pairing is available until August 31st 2025. After this date, you may still book if the trip is open but you'll need to arrange a roommate or request a single occupancy rate
-Single occupancy rate available via written request via email
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
Financial Terms:
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
Itinerary:
The itinerary, infused with #TheWUHUWay vibes, will be sent to all passengers within 30-45 days of departure, with additional details. Please note, itinerary is subject to change.
Optional activities will be available to book and add to itinerary, Snorkeling at Hol Chan, day trip to Caye Caulker, Sunset Catamaran Cruise, beach party and a night out!
The cost for these additional tours and excursions will be approximately $400 (plus or minus), to be paid later.

-Travelers requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight or hearing impairments, are to advise via the booking notes, client intake form or email and understand any physical requirements of the activity they choose to participate in. Travelers are also responsible for researching itinerary activities to see if it is a good fit for participation. We want to make sure every guest is comfortable.
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel docs including passport and vaccinations (if applicable) for their destination.
We’d like to advise all clients, travelers and guests traveling with and under WUHU, that you are agreeing to be prompt for each group event including day and evening activities. We provide all guests with specific instructions including times of each activity on the itinerary per day and it’s important we remain adherent to the time specified on our travel plan. In essence of fairness to all travelers, in the event you are not prepared for transportation pick up or drop off, or any other activities at the scheduled time, please note that the group will have to leave without you and you would be responsible for an incurred expense to either come back to get you or obtain your own transfer. In this case, we encourage you all to be prompt and ready at the scheduled time of the activity.
