$299 non-refundable deposit per person to book


Then, $100 AUTOMATIC monthly payments are due on the last day of each month starting in May 2024 which auto-draft and will be set up with you directly by our Payment Department.


*Balance due in full: February 28th, 2025

Failure to pay by 11:59pm on due date will cause your reservation to be automatically cancelled.

-International flights to and from home/in and out of Egypt and the optional flight to/from Hurghada are not included in package, only one intercity flight from Cairo to Luxor is included if booked by April 2024

-Airport codes: CAI (Cairo), LXR (Luxor) and HRG (Hurghada)

-*Ground roundtrip airport transportation included if your flight is booked and submitted to agency 90 days before this trip

-Airport transportation is covered on trip dates only; if you extend your trip or come early, your airport transportation is a personal expense

-Standard hotel incidental hold will be charged and collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out and refunded accordingly.

-Single occupancy rate available by request via email only until July 31st, 2024

-Roommate pairing available if booked by December 31st, 2024

-Travel Protection can be added within 7 days of booking and must be utilized within 30 days to trip arrival date, via our website or obtaining third-party travel insurance is suggested

-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing

-Men and women 21 years of age or older are welcome to attend

-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable without the proper travel protection

*Regarding Add-On to Hurghada:

Optional two night stay at beach resort, flight to and from is not included, a separate itinerary will be created. All portion and parts of this trip are optional and travelers expense. For anyone interested in adding this to your Egyptian vacation please send us an email. Pricing will be made available for this add-on in May 2024.

  • -Travelers requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight or hearing impairments, are to advise via the booking notes or email and understand any physical requirements of the activity they choose to participate in. Travelers are also responsible for researching itinerary activities to see if it is a good fit for participation. We want to make sure every guest is comfortable.

    - Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel docs including passport and vaccinations (if applicable) for their destination.

  • We’d like to advise all clients, travelers and guests traveling with and under WUHU, that you are agreeing to be prompt for each group event including day and evening activities. We provide all guests with specific instructions including times of each activity on the itinerary per day and it’s important we remain adherent to the time specified on our travel plan. In essence of fairness to all travelers, in the event you are not prepared for transportation pick up or drop off, or any other activities at the scheduled time, please note that the group will have to leave without you and you would be responsible for an incurred expense to either come back to get you or obtain your own transfer. In this case, we encourage you all to be prompt and ready at the scheduled time of the activity.
