*Failure to pay by 11:59pm on due date will cause your reservation to be cancelled automatically.

-Passport is required
-Flights are not included in vacation package
-Airport code: MBJ (Sangster International)
-*Flights are due by May 31st, 2025 or airport transportation to and from will be forfeited from the vacation package and become a guest expense.
-Ground airport transportation is only for the associated trip dates, guests looking to extend, arrive early or both will be responsible for their own transportation or getting to and from the assigned shuttle
-*Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment date will incur a late penalty of $200.00 per person one day later on June 15th, 2025. This mandatory fee will be automatically added to your invoice. After the fee is charged, the trip must be paid in FULL within 7 days, or your reservation will be canceled and all monies forfeited. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. This will be monitored and enforced for this trip
-Two single beds can be requested per room and is based on availability and hotel discretion
-Due to the contract with the property, in-house travel protection is not offered however, we highly recommend third-party travel INSURANCE through Allianz, Seven Corners and/or going through your credit card company
-Room pairing is available until May 31st, 2025
-This trip is for mature adults only. Men and women over the age 21+ are welcome to attend
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing and we suggest bringing small bills (USD) to tip employees, vendors and anyone who you feel has provided you exceptional customer service during the duration of your trip
-Standard hotel incidental hold will be charged and collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out and refunded accordingly.
🚨 How many male guests are allowed per room? No more than ONE male per room is allowed. Any MM, MMM, and MMF bookings will not be accepted per Hedonism II’s policy.
-Men interested in a single occupancy room must be done in writing and by request-only

The final itinerary with #TheWUHUWay vibes will be submitted to all passengers within 45-60 days of departure with more details and is subject to change.
Hedo within itself is an experience. However, we will continue to update guests with themes and activities as decided by the hosts. This is YOUR Adult Playground, the goal is for all attendees to relax, go on an adventure and enjoy the freedom of a clothing-optional experience. We will also be involved in Dream Weekend which is Jamaica's premier music festival and party experience held annually in Negril, Jamaica to celebrate independence!
Additional activities, excursions and tours will be available for purchase and are optional to include: a boat party, night out, group dinner, pool & day/beach party, excursions, flying dress photoshoot, etc. Please estimate and budget approx $400+/- additional activities to be paid later.

-Travelers requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight or hearing impairments, are to advise via the booking notes, client intake form or email and understand any physical requirements of the activity they choose to participate in. Travelers are also responsible for researching itinerary activities to see if it is a good fit for participation. We want to make sure every guest is comfortable.
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel docs including passport and vaccinations (if applicable) for their destination.
We’d like to advise all clients, travelers and guests traveling with and under WUHU, that you are agreeing to be prompt for each group event including day and evening activities. We provide all guests with specific instructions including times of each activity on the itinerary per day and it’s important we remain adherent to the time specified on our travel plan. In essence of fairness to all travelers, in the event you are not prepared for transportation pick up or drop off, or any other activities at the scheduled time, please note that the group will have to leave without you and you would be responsible for an incurred expense to either come back to get you or obtain your own transfer. In this case, we encourage you all to be prompt and ready at the scheduled time of the activity.
