Here is an overview on our Automatic Payments [required and optional] System. 

 

You will receive an email that will need to be filled out to start these monthly auto-payments. 

​

All monthly payments will be drafted (come out via bank account) on the last day every month which is when it is due, but you may pay before the end of the month and set that as your payment date.

​

How does it work?

 

You will receive an invoice that says, “This invoice is part of a recurring payment”, you will then hit View Invoice and Pay Invoice then you will be redirected to a new screen title, “Payment Summary” and this is where you enter in all your payment details, and you will be charged THAT DAY. Then, the following month on the same exact day, the next payment will come out automatically until the entire payment cycle is satisfied.

Example: If you fill out a Payment Summary form on the 15th of the month then the following months you will be charged on the 15th of each month. If you are interested in keeping your payments on the last day of the month, please hold the link until your preferred day, not to extend past the last day of the month. We recommend the 30th to ensure there are lapses in your payment which could result in a trip cancellation.

Your original invoice will still be updated as payments are made this way, you can see what your balance is. We recommend creating a folder in your email of ALL your invoices and WUHU correspondence, especially as it relates to payments, so you have them when you need them and immediately at your disposal.

Once you have fulfilled the automatic payments from the trip booking details and you have a remaining balance, that would need to be paid by the final due date or you will risk your entire reservation to be cancelled.

Reminder: Failure to set up your automatic drafts will cause the reservation to be cancelled for non-payment.

​

I will only be sending out the recurring payment schedule that follows the trip booking details, but if you prefer a higher amount, so there's no balance left at the end, then you can email me separately and I can make those adjustments, other than that again, I will follow the details on the trip.
