-A valid passport is required
-Flights are not included
-Airport code: ANU (V.C. Bird International Airport)
-Roundtrip airport transfers included when flight details are sent 60+ days prior to arrival
-Failure to submit flight details by this date will result in forfeiture of airport transfers, and transportation will become the traveler’s responsibility and expense
-Airport transfers apply only for the official trip dates. Early or late arrivals require written request 45+ days in advance and may incur additional fees
-A tourism guest fee of $5 USD per person, per night will be charged and collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out.
-Cottages intentionally do not include televisions to encourage a peaceful, unplugged island experience
-The resort has some hillside pathways and stairs and may not be suitable for travelers with limited mobility
-This is an adults-only resort designed primarily for couples
-Travel insurance is strongly recommended (Allianz or Seven Corners suggested)
-Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport and entry requirements prior to departure

•Drinks by the glass (cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages)
•À la carte dining at resort restaurants and bars

•Access to resort pools, beaches, relaxation areas, and beach & poolside food and beverage service
🗓️ The Romantic Experience & Itinerary:
A detailed itinerary will be sent to travelers approximately 45–60 days prior to departure and is subject to adjustments based on local conditions and vendor scheduling.
In addition to enjoying the resort’s amenities, optional experiences may include:
•Sunset sailing excursions along the Antigua coastline
•Island sightseeing tours and beach hopping
•Couples spa and wellness treatments
•Cliffside day cabana experiences
•Floating dining experiences such as floating breakfast or tapas trays served in the pool
•Private romantic dining experiences including sunset terrace or beachfront dinners
•Celebration experiences for anniversaries, birthdays, or special occasions
These experiences are optional and can be arranged directly with the agency.
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
