Secure your spot with just a $199 non-refundable March Madness deposit
 
Then, a second $199 non-refundable deposit is due May 31st, 2026
 
After that, payments will be spread out with $200 payments every other month, beginning July 31st, 2026

🌏 Optional Melbourne Extension:
Travelers will have the opportunity to extend their Australia experience with 2–3 additional nights in Melbourne.
 
Because Australia is a long-haul destination, this extension is offered for travelers who may wish to explore another city while already in the country.
 
This extension is not included in the base package price.
 
Details including hotel options and pricing will be released approximately one year prior to departure (Fall 2026)
 
 
⚠️ Please Note:
-A valid passport is required with at least six months validity from the date of arrival
-Flights are not included
-Airport code: SYD (Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport)
-*Roundtrip airport transfers included when flight details are sent 60+ days prior to arrival
-Failure to submit flight details by this date will result in forfeiture of airport transfers, and transportation will become the traveler’s responsibility and expense
-Airport transfers apply only for the official trip dates (Oct 4th-9th, 2027). Early or late arrivals require written request 45+ days in advance and may incur additional fees.
-Most travelers entering Australia must obtain an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) prior to departure. Guidance will be provided
-Standard hotel incidental holds may apply at check-in
-Roommate pairing will be available until June 30th, 2027. After this date, travelers must book with a confirmed roommate
-Single occupancy requests must be submitted by email. Due to destination costs, a high single supplement applies
-Trip is open to travelers ages 21+
-Male travelers are welcome; however, due to limited roommate pairing availability, men are encouraged to book with a guest
-Travel insurance is strongly recommended (Allianz or Seven Corners suggested)
-Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements prior to departure
 
 
🗓️ Itinerary:
A detailed itinerary, infused with #TheWUHUWay, will be shared with travelers approximately 45–60 days prior to departure and is subject to adjustments based on local conditions and vendor scheduling
 
In addition to the included excursions, optional activities may be suggested such as
•Opera House visit
•A food tour
•WUHU Red Beach day experience
•Wine tasting
•Group night out
•Additional sightseeing and local experiences
 
Estimated cost for optional activities may range approximately $300+ depending on selections, and will be payable at a later date

Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
