🚨Please Note:
-A valid passport is required 
-Airport code: DPS (Ngurah Rai International Airport)
-*Roundtrip airport transportation is included only if flight details are submitted to the agency no later than 60 days prior to departure
-Failure to submit flight details by this date will result in forfeiture of airport transfers, and transportation will become the traveler’s responsibility and expense
-Airport transfers apply only for the official trip dates. Early or late arrivals require a written request at least 45 days in advance and may incur additional fees
-Roommate pairing available until October 31st, 2026. After the assigned deadline, guests must secure their own roommate or request a single occupancy option
-This is a co-ed experience. Male guests are encouraged to book with a roommate of their choosing
-Incidental holds for may apply and are payable directly to the hotel based on local regulations
-Some activities and excursions may require moderate physical activity
-Travel insurance is strongly recommended (Seven Corners or Allianz)
-Single occupancy varies a supplemental fee of +$500
-Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements for Indonesia prior to departure
-Due to traffic conditions in Bali, travel times between locations may be longer than expected; patience and flexibility are encouraged
 
 
📌 Hotel Split Notice
Bali is a large island with several regions, and travel times can vary significantly due to traffic and local conditions. To ensure seamless access to both cultural experiences and official Juneteenth events, this trip includes a split stay between two hotel locations. By completing cultural activities in one region and then transitioning closer to event locations, guests experience fewer long travel days, smoother daily transportation, more easier departure and better alignment with scheduled activities.
 
🔸 Itinerary:  
A detailed itinerary will be shared approximately 45-60 days prior to departure and is subject to change.   Your time in Bali will include a blend of signature tours, cultural highlights, group dining experiences, and select leisure time to explore at your own pace.  
 
In addition to the items included in your package, your itinerary will highlight some of Bali’s most sought-after and content-worthy moments across Ubud and Seminyak such as:
•Koi fish boat photo experience 
•Floating breakfast experience at your hotel 
•Visits to popular cafés and aesthetic dining spots such as the “Nipsey Hussle” Café (local favorite)
•Beach club and day party experiences in Seminyak and surrounding areas 
•Scenic viewpoints and jungle backdrops throughout Ubud 
•Local markets, shopping, and cultural exploration

June 15: Arrival in Bali and Welcome Dinner 
June 16: Tour Day 1 + leisure/free time
June 17: Tour Day 2 + leisure/free time
June 18: Transfer from Ubud to Seminyak + poolside vibes + free time
June 19: Juneteenth Celebration with Black in Bali, beach club/day party + optional nightlife experience
June 20: Leisure Day + spa experience, beach outing and seafood dining event
June 21: Departure 
 
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
