$199 non-refundable deposit per person to book

-Flights are not included in the package

-*Flight details must be submitted March 29th, 2026. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting airport transfers, and will become a guest expense
-Transfers are only for trip dates; early/late arrivals require written request 45+ days in advance and may incur extra fees.
-Roommate pairing available until April 30th, 2026
-Standard incidental hotel charges and security deposits may apply
-Local tax: $9.63 per person, per night (charged by the hotel)
-Men and women 21+ are welcome to attend
-Travel insurance is available for purchase through our vendor, Seven Corners, via our website
 
📌 **Additional Notes – Bedroom/Villa/Suite Setup
•Each villa/suite has 3 bedrooms with a mix of king and single beds
•Some beds may be singles
•Villas/suites may be mixed gender depending on bookings
•We’ll aim to place you in the same villa/suite with other guests who have a similar dynamic to yours (e.g., couples with couples, solo travelers with solo travelers)
•Multiple men booking solo will be grouped in the same villa/suite with separate beds

💡 Please anticipate an additional +/-$350 for itinerary activities.
 
 Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
