Failure to submit payment by 11:59 PM on the applicable due date will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation

Expect a vibrant, high-energy itinerary designed as the official #TaeDay finale, blending sightseeing, culture, beaches, nightlife, and more throughout the trip.
You can look forward to optional itinerary items including Sugarloaf Mountain, Christ the Redeemer, Selarón Steps, pool and beach experiences, cultural classes, city tours, a signature WUHU #VIPOrNothin night out, themed events and more — all set against the beaches, culture, music, and electric energy of RJD
A separate, optional #TaeDay Party Package will be released in late Fall/early Winter, giving guests access to the weekend’s curated lineup of events, activities, tours, and experiences.
The Party Package is currently estimated at approximately $450 per person, with final pricing and inclusions to be announced.
Participation in the Party Package is optional and is not included in the hotel package pricing above.

-Transfers are only for trip dates; early/late arrivals require written request 45+ days in advance and may incur extra fees
-Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements prior to departure
-Open to all travelers over the age of 21 or older regardless of gender
-Roommate pairing is available until May 31st, 2027. After this date, you may still book if the trip is open but you'll need to arrange a roommate or request a single occupancy rate
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
