-Traveler must have at least 6 months left on passport from arrival day and at least one empty page for stamp
-First draft of the itinerary will be completed within 2 to 3 months of departure, which will include all items of the vacation package plus optional experiences such as a night out, spa day, flying dress photoshoot, Table Mountain, wine tasting, other cultural tours, adventure activities, etc. for an additional fee
-Trip subgroup will be created two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will be around the one-month mark to ensure all travelers are prepared
-Group chat will be created the week of the trip
-Standard hotel incidental charges may be requested by hotel and check in and security hold would be released after check out
-Travel protection can be added within 7 days of booking with link on the website and/or obtaining third-party travel insurance is suggested
-Roommate pairing is available until August 15th, 2024; after this date you will have to book with a guest or single rate
-Men and women over the age of 21 and of all dynamics are welcome to join
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable without the proper travel protection and terms and conditions apply
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
