-Trip must be cancelled in writing via email within 30 days of departure and hotel cancellation penalties may apply.
-Travel protection must be added within 7 days of initial booking.
-Travel credit is processed within 90 days of canceled trip.
-Credit must be used towards another trip within 365 days of the initial cancellation.
-A new booking must be created to initate applying credit towards a new booking and the credit amount is applied towards the final payment.
-One a credit is applied, is cannot be changed or transfered again.
-In notes please specify which trip you are adding travel protection for.

-Cash refund in the original form of payment, minus non-refundable deposit and cost of travel protection.
