-Open to all travelers over the age of 21 or older regardless of gender
-Roommate pairing is available until September 4th, 2026. After this date, you may still book if the trip is open but you'll need to arrange a roommate or request a single occupancy rate
 
✨ Itinerary:
The itinerary, infused with #TheWUHUWay vibes, will be sent to all passengers within 30-45 days of departure and is subject to change.
 
Optional activities will be available to book and add to itinerary, including a Volcano Mud Experience, a trip to Palenque, Beach/Island + Boat Day, a WUHU night out, cooking class, cultural tours and more. The cost for these additional tours and excursions will be approximately $300 +/-, to be paid at a later date 
 
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
