•4 days, 3 nights in a luxury mountain cabin
•One welcome dinner + signature cocktail
•Light snacks, refreshments and a curated beverage bar with select spirits, wine, beer and mixers (while supplies last).  *Guests are encouraged to BYOB for added variety

🏡 The Experience (Cabin Details): 
Our home for the weekend is a 12-bedroom, 12.5 bathroom luxury cabin designed for comfort, connections, and celebration:
•Sleeps 24 guests comfortably 
•Private indoor pool + relaxing hot tub
•Full game room (pool table, arcade games, and more)
•Home movie theater 
•Chef’s kitchen + multiple dining areas including a wet bar and bbq grill 
•Outdoor decks with breathtaking mountain views
•WiFi, washer/dryer and modern comforts

Level One:
-1 Room King Bed
 
Level Two:
-5 Rooms King Beds
-2 Rooms Queen Bunk Beds (each room has 2 queen beds; 2 guests per bunk for comfort, not 4)
 
Level Three:
-4 Rooms King Beds
Total: 12 Rooms | Sleeps 24 Guests

 $599 per person double occupancy 
$199 non-refundable deposit to book
 
Payment #2: $150 due October 19th, 2025
 
Balance due in full: December 7th, 2025

📌 Trip Terms and Other Important Info:
-Domestic travel so no passport required, but REAL ID is mandatory for all flights
-Flights and ground transportation not included (see “Getting There” for details)
-Airport Code TYS [McGhee Tyson Airport] or nearby 
-**All payments are non-refundable, if you cannot attend, you CAN sell your spot but you would be responsible for doing so and within 60 days of the trip
-This is a co-ed trip, meaning both men and women will share the cabin. The group will include a mix of couples and singles. *Couples: Private King rooms are available, but limited. Please note these are subject to availability, so early booking is strongly encouraged
-Room assignments will be based on occupancy and booking order. Special requests will be honored when possible but are not guaranteed
-Must be 21+ to book
-No smoking indoors; designated outdoor areas available
-Damage & Incidentals Policy: Any property damages caused by guests will be billed to the responsible party
-Weather / Force Majeure Clause: WUHU is not responsible for weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
-Photo & Media Disclaimer: By attending, you agree to photography and media usage for trip highlights
-Travel insurance is available for purchase through our vendor, Seven Corners, via our website
 
🚐 Getting There:
Transportation to and from the cabin not included in package. WUHU will assist with suggestions, connect travelers for ride-shares (including carpooling) and provide rental car vendor options for the best routes.
 
Nearest Airport: McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS), Knoxville – approx 45 mins from the cabin *Highly Recommended*
 
Other Airports: Asheville (AVL), Tri-Cities (TRI), Nashville (BNA), Atlanta (ATL)
 
Rental Cars: Recommended for flexibility. TYS offers Enterprise, Hertz, Avis, Budget and more
 
Driving Guests: Easy access via I-40. Cabin location is ~4 hrs from Atlanta, 3.5 hrs from Nashville and 2 hrs from Asheville

Optional adventures include wineries, a day snow trip and exploring local gems. Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
