📌 Important Notes (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
-A valid passport is required
-Flights are not included in the package
-Airport code EZE (Ministro Pistarini International Airport Ezeiza)
-We encourage all guests to obtain third-party travel insurance to ensure full coverage against any unforeseen circumstances. We recommend Allianz or Seven Corners for your travel insurance needs.
-*Flight details must be submitted September 13th, 2026. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting airport transfers, and will become a guest expense
-Transfers are only for trip dates; early/late arrivals require written request 45+ days in advance and may incur extra fees
-Standard hotel incidental hold may apply
-Single occupancy available by email request; supplemental fee applies
-Open to all travelers over the age of 21 or older regardless of gender
-Roommate pairing is available until September 30th, 2026. After this date, you may still book if the trip is open but you'll need to arrange a roommate or request a single occupancy rate
-Dedicated trip host *either* virtual with an onsite hotel rep or a physical trip leader
-Property A and B are within close proximity of about 10 minutes from one another 
 
📍One Day Trip Add-On:
For travelers interested in extending their stay from November 16th through November 17th, please note that roommate pairing will not be available for the additional night. If you’d like to extend, you must already be booked with your own guest/roommate and then email us to request the one-night extension so we can add it to your reservation and invoice
 
✨ Itinerary:
Subject to change, the final itinerary with #TheWUHUWay vibes will be submitted to all passengers within 45-60 days of departure with more details
 
You can expect a group welcome dinner + mixer, a foodie tour, Tango classes, a boat day, wine tasting, spa day, pool party, visiting shops and markets, etc., overall explore signature experiences in Buenos Aires. These optional activities will become available to book at a later date.
 
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
