-*Flight details must be submitted March 29th, 2026. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting airport transfers, and will become a guest expense
-Transfers are only for trip dates; early/late arrivals require written request 45+ days in advance and may incur extra fees.
-Roommate pairing available until February 28th, 2026
-This property requires a refundable incidental hold/deposit at check-in which is customary for hotels. This works out to about $125 per night, per person double. The deposit will be held on your card at check-in and released after checkout if there are no additional charges
-Open to guests 21 and over, our co-ed themed trip welcomes singles, couples and all dynamics. All genders are encouraged to join.
-A tourism fee of $27 USD per room will be charged at check in
-Travel insurance is available for purchase through our vendor, Seven Corners, via our website

Our experienced team will ensure a seamless, luxurious, and freeing trip — blending cultural respect with unforgettable, let-your-hair-down moments.
 
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-All primary trip communication will be sent via email, so please ensure you provide a valid address you check regularly
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx $5-10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
