💰Cost and Payment Schedule:
$2899 per person double occupancy
$250 non-refundable deposit per person to book 
 
Then, $100 automatic monthly payments are due on the last day of each month, starting July 31, 2025 that will be set up with you directly by our Payment Department.
 
*Balance due in full: August 16th, 2026
 
^Failure to pay by 11:59pm on due date will cause your reservation to be automatically cancelled.

-A valid passport is required 
-International flights (to/from Egypt and optional Hurghada flights) are not included
-Airport codes: CAI (Cairo), LXR (Luxor) and HRG (Hurghada)
-One domestic flight from Cairo to Luxor is included if booked by October 26th, 2025
-*Ground roundtrip airport transportation is included if your flight is booked and submitted to agency 90 days before this trip
-Airport transportation is covered on trip dates only; if you extend your trip or come early, your airport transportation is a personal expense
-Single occupancy rates available upon request via email (additional fee applies)
-Roommate pairing available if booked by December 31st, 2025
-Travel insurance available through our partner, Seven Corners (purchase via our website)
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing
-Men and women 21 years of age or older are welcome to attend

📅 Final Itinerary:
A complete itinerary—including tours, activities, and events listed in the vacation package—will be emailed to all travelers 45–60 days prior to departure
 
🏖️ Hurghada Beach Resort Add-On (Optional):
Extend your trip with a 2-night stay at a luxury beach resort in Hurghada.
-Transportation to/from Hurghada is not included, but the experience will be coordinated by our team
-A separate itinerary will be provided
-All costs related to this add-on are the traveler’s responsibility
-Interested? Pricing will be released in Summer 2025
 
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Gratuities and personal expenses are not included. We recommend tipping approx. $5–$10 to drivers, staff, and servers during the trip.
