Athens: Deluxe or Superior Room (Two Beds)
Mykonos: Premium Double Room (Two Beds)
Santorini: Superior Room (1 or 2 beds) with pool, sea, or volcano views based on availability (upgrades available, see below)
💰 Cost and Payment Schedule:
$2,999 per person (double occupancy)

Then, monthly payments of $100 will begin June 30th, 2026, and will be automatically drafted on the last day of each month, set up directly with our Payment Depart
Remaining balance due in full by July 4th, 2027
Failure to pay by 11:59pm on the due date will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation

📌 Please Note (Read All):
-A valid passport is required
-Airport codes: Athens (ATH), Mykonos (JMK), Santorini (JTR)
-*Roundtrip airport transportation is included only if flight details are submitted to the agency no later than 90 days prior to departure
-Failure to submit flight details by this date will result in forfeiture of airport transfers, and transportation will become the traveler’s responsibility and expense
-Airport transfers apply only for the official trip dates. Early or late arrivals require written request 45+ days in advance and may incur additional fees
-Roommate pairing is available until March 31st, 2027. After, guests must secure their own roommate or select a single occupancy option
-This is a co-ed experience and all guests are welcome. Male guests are encouraged to book with a roommate of their choosing
-Hotel and/or government-imposed taxes and fees may apply. These fees are estimated to range from approx €3–€10 per room, per night, depending on the hotel and local regulations
-Some areas require moderate to extensive walking, including uneven terrain, stairs, hills, and limited elevator access in certain properties or venues
-Guests are responsible for handling their own luggage, including loading and unloading during ferry transfers, best practice for a seamless experience will be provided
-Europe offers limited room configurations with two separate beds. Bedding may consist of one double bed or two twin beds (when available). While requests for two bed sizes have been submitted, they are not guaranteed and will be confirmed. Athens and Mykonos are currently secured as two-bed rooms
-Accommodations in Santorini are not expected to be located within cliffside cave-style rooms. However, in the event a specific room or view (usually volcano) upgrade is granted, these rooms may feature a more intimate, cave-like design with softer lighting and unique layouts, consistent with the island’s architecture
-The Athens City Tour & Acropolis experience requires guests to meet at a designated meeting point. Transportation is not included; however, we will coordinate a shared Uber option (approximately 10 minutes from the hotel) for convenience and cost efficiency
-Room upgrade option for Santorini will be released Fall 2026 (see below)*
-Travel insurance is strongly recommended (Allianz or Seven Corners suggested)
-Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport and entry requirements prior to departure

For guests looking to elevate their Santorini experience, we are offering a luxury upgrade option at Cavo Tagoo Santorini.
This upgrade is ideal for travelers who want to guarantee premium caldera (volcano) and Mediterranean sea views, along with an elevated luxury hotel experience. Upgrade details, room categories, and pricing will be provided upon request and are subject to availability.
