-*Flight details must be submitted October 4th, 2026. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting airport transfers, and will become a guest expense
-Transfers are only for trip dates; early/late arrivals require written request 45+ days in advance and may incur extra fees
-Single occupancy and family-friendly quotes are available by email request
-Roommate pairing is available until September 4th, 2026. After this date, you may still book if the trip is open but you'll need to arrange a roommate or request a single occupancy rate
-Resort fee is $40 per room, per night
✨ Itinerary:
The itinerary will be sent to all passengers within 45 days of departure and is subject to change.
Optional activities will be available to book and add to itinerary, beach reset day, Oahu sightseeing & scenic stops, catamaran or sunset cruise, WUHU night out in Waikiki + local food & cultural experiences. The cost for these additional tours and excursions will be approximately $300 +/-, to be paid at a later date
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
