-*Flights are due February 26th, 2026 or airport transportation to and from will be forfeited from the vacation package and will become a guest expense
-Airport transportation is only valid for official trip dates. If arriving early or extending your stay, you must request transport adjustments 60 days prior; fees may apply from our vendor

Itinerary:
The final itinerary, infused with #TheWUHUWay vibes, will be sent to all passengers within 45-60 days of departure with additional details. Please note, itinerary is subject to change.
 
But, we are going to eat and celebrate! Day and night parties, beach clubs, sunsets, lounges, self-care, excursions, yachts, fine dining and celebrating! Spain is full of friendly people who love to have a good time.

Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Gratuities and personal expenses are not included. We recommend tipping approx. $5–$10 to drivers, staff, and servers during the trip.
