Cost: $509 USD per person, round-trip
Seaplane flights operate from 6:00am to 3:30pm local time for arrivals. For safety, all departing international flights must be scheduled after 8:00am. Please confirm your flight times before booking

-Maldives city tax: $12 USD per person, per night (collected at check-in or at check-out)
-Standard incidental hotel charges and security deposits may apply
-Roommate matching is not provided; however, two adults who wish to share accommodations can connect by posting a “Roomie Wanted” request in our travel groups, where we’ll help facilitate the connection
-Men and women 21+ are welcome to book

🛩️ Seaplane Transfer Booking & Travel Process:
1. Book your stay at Baglioni Maldives Luxury All-Inclusive through WUHU
2. Book your flights to Velana International Airport (MLE), Malé Island
3. Send your hotel & flight details to reservations.maldives@baglionihotels.com at least 72 hours before arrival so your mandatory seaplane transfer can be booked. (We’ll help coordinate and send reminders)
4. Pay the seaplane fee directly to the resort
5. Complete your Maldives Immigration Health Declaration via the IMUGA Portal (https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv) within 96 hours of travel and present your QR code on arrival

🔺Self-Led Overview:
This trip is currently offered as a self-led getaway — there is no on-site ambassador, trip leader, or host. You’ll enjoy your villa, the Indian Ocean and full WUHU virtual assistance with a curated itinerary and destination guidance plus support from hotel staff and applicable tour guide.
 
If guest count, interest, and other factors align, we may offer the option to convert this into a guest-led group experience for those interested, creating a more cohesive trip with shared activities.
 
🗒 Itinerary & Trip Guidance:
A detailed itinerary will be created to provide additional trip guidance and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Our agency will also assist with personalized reservation suggestions — from spa appointments, tours and excursions to dining experiences — to make sure your getaway hits every luxury point the Maldives has to offer.
 
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-All primary trip communication will be sent via email, so please ensure you provide a valid address you check regularly
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx $5-10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
