-Passport is required

-Airport code: MLE (Velana International Airport, Malé)
-*Airport transfers are included in the package. Flight details must be submitted September 30th, 2026. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting airport transfers, and will become a guest expense
-Transfers are only for trip dates; early/late arrivals require written request 45+ days in advance and may incur extra fees.
-**All travelers must complete a Maldives Immigration Health Declaration via the IMUGA Portal (https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv) within 96 hours of travel and present your QR code on arrival
-Roommate matching is not provided; however, two adults who wish to share accommodations can connect by posting a “Roomie Wanted” request in our travel groups, where we’ll help facilitate the connection
-Men and women 21+ are welcome to book, adults-only resort
-Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Coverage is available for purchase through our vendor, Seven Corners, via our website

•ONLY BLU Underwater Restaurant – the largest underwater dining venue in the Maldives
•Additional dining at Gaadiya-17 beyond the one included specialty dinner

🔺Self-Led Overview:
This trip is currently offered as a self-led getaway — there is no on-site ambassador, trip leader, or host. You’ll enjoy your villa, the Indian Ocean and full WUHU virtual assistance with a curated itinerary and destination guidance plus support from hotel staff and applicable tour guide.
 
If guest count, interest, and other factors align, we may offer the option to convert this into a guest-led group experience for those interested, creating a more cohesive trip with shared activities.
 
🗒 Itinerary & Trip Guidance:
A detailed itinerary will be created to provide additional trip guidance and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Our agency will also assist with personalized reservation suggestions — from spa appointments, underwater restaurant, movie night on the beach, tours and excursions to dining experiences — to make sure your getaway hits every luxury point the Maldives has to offer.
 
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-All primary trip communication will be sent via email, so please ensure you provide a valid address you check regularly
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx $5-10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
