💰Cost and Payment Schedule:
$950 per person double occupancy
Secure your spot with just a $99 non-refundable March Madness deposit
Then, a non-refundable deposit of $99 is due July 31st, 2026
Remaining balance due in full by May 2nd, 2027
Failure to pay by 11:59pm on the due date will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation

🚨 Please Note:
-A valid passport is required (must be valid at least 6 months beyond travel dates)
-Flights are not included
-Airport code: MLA (Malta International Airport)
-Roundtrip airport transfers are included when flight details are submitted 60+ days prior to arrival
-Failure to submit flight details by this deadline will result in forfeiture of airport transfers, and transportation will become the traveler’s responsibility and expense
-Airport transfers apply only for the official trip dates; early or late arrivals may require advance request and could incur additional fees
-This is an adult-only celebration trip
-All genders are welcome to join; men are strongly encouraged to book single occupancy or attend with a guest of their choice
-Roommate matching is available for a limited time
-A tourism city tax of approximately €0.50 per person, per night will be charged by the hotel
-A credit or debit card may be required for a standard incidental hotel hold; cash is not accepted by the property
-Optional daily breakfast buffet is available for approximately €18 per person, per day
-Travel insurance is strongly recommended (Allianz or Seven Corners suggested)
-Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all international travel requirements prior to departure
-Single occupancy pricing must be requested by email
-This is a high-energy birthday celebration experience with curated events, nightlife, and group activities — participation is encouraged but always optional

A detailed itinerary will be sent to travelers approximately 60 days prior to departure and is subject to change based on local conditions and vendor scheduling.
This trip is centered around celebrating the CEO’s 40th birthday
Optional experiences may include:
-Boat day/yacht party experiences
-Beach club days with cabanas and daybeds
-Island-hopping to nearby crystal-clear destinations
-Group dining experiences, including waterfront settings
-#VIPOrNothin table and bottle service, where available, plus nightlife upgrades
-Other signature birthday celebration moments
-Cultural and other curated tours, excursions and activities
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
