After your second non-refundable deposit payment, installments are due as follows:

February 28th, 2027: $200

April 11th, 2027: $200

Remaining balance due in full: August 22nd, 2027

Failure to submit payment by 11:59pm on the due date will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation

🚨 Please Note:

-A valid passport is required 

-Flight are not included

-Airport code: RAK (Marrakech Menara Airport)

-*Roundtrip airport transportation is included only if your flight details are submitted to by August 11th, 2027, which is 60 days before the trip begins

-If flight details are not received by this deadline, airport transportation becomes the traveler’s responsibility and expense

-Included airport transfers cover the official trip dates, any requests for transfers outside these dates must be submitted in writing by August 26th, 2027 and are subject to availability and additional fees

-Roommate pairing is available until July 31st, 2027. After this date, travelers must secure their own roommate or book single occupancy, subject to availability

-This is a co-ed experience. Male guests are encouraged to book with a roommate of their choosing or single occupancy

-Single occupancy costs an additional $400

-The hotel may require a refundable security deposit or temporary card hold for incidental expenses. This is handled directly with the property

-Some excursions involve walking, uneven surfaces, and moderate physical activity. Bring comfortable walking shoes and let our company know about mobility concerns before booking

-Modest clothing is recommended when exploring the medina and cultural sites

-You may encounter stray cats and dogs around the city. Guests with animal allergies should prepare accordingly, bring their usual allergy medication, and notify WUHU of severe allergies

-Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Options include Seven Corners or Allianz

-Travelers are responsible for meeting all passport, visa, and entry requirements

-Traffic and busy sightseeing areas may affect travel times. Patience and flexibility are encouraged

-A city tax of approximately $1.55 USD per person, per night is payable directly to the hotel

- Additional souk shopping for Moroccan spices, lanterns, leather goods, and keepsakes

- A create-your-own-perfume workshop

- An Ourika Valley and Atlas Mountains day trip with a waterfall hike and riverside lunch option

- Rooftop cafés and dining spots overlooking the medina

A detailed itinerary will be shared approximately 45–60 days before departure. The itinerary is subject to change based on supplier availability, weather, traffic, and group logistics.

Pre-Departure Communication:

-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip

-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark

-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip

-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
