-A passport is not required; a REAL ID-compliant form of identification is strongly recommended
-Airport transportation is not included due to multiple airport options serving the Napa Valley area (SFO, OAK, SMF, and APC)
-Our team will provide recommended flight routes and trusted transportation options, and can assist with coordination and booking upon request. If flight details are submitted at least 45 days prior to departure, transportation can be arranged on your behalf at the guest’s expense

-Resort fees (approx. $60+/night per room) are not included and will be paid directly to the hotel
-A standard hotel incidental hold may apply

-Single occupancy pricing is a supplemental fee of +$500

-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
