Initial Deposit:

Remaining Deposit:
$150 non-refundable second deposit due October 18th, 2026
 
Bookings on or after September 7th:
A $200 non-refundable deposit per person is required at the time of booking.
 
Remaining balance due in full May 2, 2027
 
Failure to submit payment by 11:59 PM on the applicable due date will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation

✨ Itinerary, Party Package and #TaeDay Disclaimer:
Expect a high-energy, party-heavy itinerary with four days of celebration! You can look forward to 8-10 curated events including themed parties, a yacht party, live and interactive entertainment, a pool party, a beach + day club visit, some rooftop energy, brunch, dinners, tours/excursions and #VIPOrNothin night out— all set against the beaches, streets, and energy of PDC
 
A separate, optional Party Package will be released in early winter, giving guests access to the weekend’s curated lineup
 
The Party Package is currently estimated at +/- $450 per person, with final pricing and inclusions to be announced
 
Participation and purchase of the party package is optional and is not included in the hotel package pricing above
 
The official itinerary will be provided approx 45 days prior to departure. All itinerary details are subject to change
 
🔻Booking & Room Occupancy Policy — Property B:
• Guests must book with a confirmed roommate or select single occupancy, as pairing is not available for Property B
•If a booked roommate cancels and the remaining guest still wishes to travel, the remaining guest is responsible for finding a replacement.
• If a replacement roommate cannot be found, the remaining guest must convert to single occupancy
• The applicable single-occupancy rate will be quoted at the time of the request and may differ from the original rate if pricing has changed.
 
🔺Property Options & Event Transportation:
Two sister properties are available for this trip, located approximately 5 minutes apart on foot.Transportation to and from off-property events will be available from both properties. Please note that 1–2 events may take place at the host hotel (Property A). Guests staying at Property B will simply need to walk approximately 5 minutes to Property A for those events
 
📌 Important Trip Notes:
-A valid passport is required for travel
-Flights are not included in the package
-Airport Code: CUN (Cancún International Airport)
-*Roundtrip ground transportation is included when flight details are provided at least 30 days prior to arrival. Transportation is valid only for trip dates. Requests to arrive early, extend, or modify dates must be submitted in writing at least 45 days prior to departure and may incur additional fees
-An environmental tax of approx $1.10 USD to be paid at hotel 
-Travel insurance is strongly recommended (Allianz or Seven Corners suggested)
-Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements prior to departure
-Standard hotel incidental hold may apply
-Open to all travelers over the age of 21, regardless of gender
 
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
