-*Flight details must be submitted May 17th, 2026. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting airport transfers, and will become a guest expense
-Transfers are only for trip dates; early/late arrivals require written request 45+ days in advance and may incur extra fees.
-Early Bird pricing is limited and subject to availability. Once sold out, this listing will be updated to reflect regular pricing.
-Mandatory city tax of €2 per person, per night will be collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out (~$15–$20 USD total per person, depending on property)
-Standard incidental hotel charges and security deposits may apply
-Roommate matching is available until April 30, 2026 
-Men and women 21+ are welcome — all relationship dynamics welcome
-Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Coverage is available for purchase through our vendor, Seven Corners, via our website.

WUHU will be attending Afro Nation Portugal as a group presence — this is not a WUHU produced event, but we will be adding our own #TheWUHUWay itinerary flavor to the weekend
 
To Expect:
-Multiple days nights out at Afro Nation main stage and after-parties
-Beach days, boat vibes and pool action
-Group dinner and brunch
-Photo ops + curated group moments
-Unforgettable birthday celebrating and high-energy vibes
 
Note: The Algarve is known for its vibrant beach and party atmosphere — exactly the vibe we’re aiming for — rather than ultra-luxury resorts. Our host hotels have been handpicked as some of the best within close proximity to the festival action. We recommend reviewing the property details and room types in advance to ensure they meet your preferences and needs.
 
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx $5-10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
