📌 Important Notes:
-A valid passport is required for travel
-Flights are not included in the package
-Airport code: PUJ (Punta Cana International Airport)
-*Roundtrip ground transportation is included if flight details are provided at least 45 days before arrival
-Transfers are only for trip dates; early/late arrivals require written request 45+ days in advance and may incur extra fees
-Travel insurance is strongly recommended (Allianz or Seven Corners suggested)
-Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements prior to departure
-Standard hotel incidental hold may apply
-Open to all travelers over the age of 21, regardless of gender
-All hotel guests are required to wear the All Inclusive wristband for identification purposes
-Roommate pairing is available until September 30th, 2026. After this date, you may still book if the trip is open but you'll need to arrange a roommate or request a single occupancy rate
✨ Itinerary:
The itinerary, infused with #TheWUHUWay vibes, will be sent to all passengers within 30-45 days of departure, with additional details. Please note, itinerary is subject to change.
Expect a high-energy, party-heavy itinerary—pool parties, beach parties, themed parties, and nonstop celebration vibes. We’ll also sprinkle in a boat party, welcome dinner, #VIPOrNothin night out/bottle service, a recovery spa day, and one or more cultural/adventure group outing (ATV, dune buggy, or local tours). The cost for these additional tours and excursions will be approximately $350 +/-, to be paid later and everything on the itinerary is optional.
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
