💰Price and Payment Schedule:

$1,999 per person double occupancy

Secure your spot with just a $50 non-refundable deposit per person

Then, a second non-refundable deposit of $150 is due February 28th, 2027.

After your second non-refundable deposit payment, installments are due as follows:

April 25th: $200

July 25th: $200

October 10th: $200

Remaining due in full: November 7th, 2027

Failure to submit payment by 11:59 PM on the applicable due date will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation

🚨Please Note:

-A valid passport is required 

-Flight are not included

-Airport code: DSS (Blaise Diagne International Airport)

-*Roundtrip airport transportation is included only if your flight details are submitted 60 days before the trip begins, if flight details are not received by this deadline, airport transportation becomes the traveler’s responsibility and expense

-Included airport transfers cover the official trip dates, any requests for transfers outside these dates must be submitted in writing by October 31st and are subject to availability and additional fees

-Roommate pairing is available until August 31st. After this date, travelers must secure their own roommate or book single occupancy, subject to availability

-This is a co-ed experience. Male guests are encouraged to book with a roommate of their choosing or single occupancy

-Single occupancy carries a higher rate and is available via email request

-The hotel may require a refundable security deposit or temporary card hold for incidental expenses. This is handled directly with the property

-A mandatory city tax of approx $1.88 per person, per night is payable directly to the hotel

-Yellow fever vaccination is currently recommended by the CDC but is not required for direct travel from the US

-Note: Pink Lake’s appearance varies with natural conditions; pink water cannot be guaranteed. Interior admission to the African Renaissance Monument and Mosque of the Divinity is not included unless specifically stated

-Some activities involve walking, steps, uneven surfaces, ferry or boat boarding, and adventure activities. Please advise WUHU of relevant accessibility or dietary needs before booking

-Modest clothing may be required at cultural and religious sites

-We encourage all guests to obtain third-party travel insurance, we recommend Allianz or Seven Corners

🔸 Itinerary:

In addition to the activities included in the package, your itinerary will highlight opportunities to enjoy Dakar’s culture, celebration, and content-worthy moments, such as:

•A New Year’s Eve celebration to welcome 2028 (gala admission is not included in the package. Event availability, pricing, dress code, and reservation details will be shared once confirmed)

•A separate  group #VIPOrNothin or general admission night out to experience Dakar’s nightlife

•Local restaurants, cafés, and coastal dining

•Additional shopping and cultural exploration during free time

•Local textile and artisan market visits

•An optional wildlife safari at Bandia Reserve

A detailed itinerary will be shared approximately 45–60 days before departure.

The itinerary is subject to change based on supplier availability, holiday schedules, weather, traffic & group logistics.

Pre-Departure Communication:

-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip

-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark

-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip

-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival

Financial Terms:

-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.

-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
