-Passport is required
-Flights are not included in the package

-*Flight details must be submitted June 14th, 2026. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting airport transfers, and will become a guest expense
-Transfers are only for trip dates; early/late arrivals require written request 45+ days in advance and may incur extra fees.
-Roommate pairing available until April 30th, 2026. After this date, you may still book if the trip is open but you'll need to arrange a roommate or request a single occupancy rate
-A standard hotel incidental deposit of $200 USD (refundable) plus a daily resort fee of $5 USD per room (non-refundable) per room applies
-Single occupancy pricing request available by email only and has an increased supplemental fee
-Men and women 21+ are welcome to attend
-Travel insurance is available for purchase through our vendor, Seven Corners, via our website

💡 Please budget an additional +/-350 for optional itinerary activities outside of playing mas.
 
What is “Playing Mas”?
-Participants join a themed costume band, dance through the streets to pulsating soca and calypso music, and fully immerse themselves in the energy and pageantry of the parade.
 
Each band has its own costumes, music and route, and participation fees—covering costumes, wristbands, and band registration are separate from the $350 estimate.
 
Note: Even if you choose not to participate in the parade, there are plenty of ways to enjoy Spice Mas and the festivities.
 
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
