**This trip has a lot of information attached below to ensure you have the best experience possible so be sure to read in its entirety and at your own pace before booking.
📌 Please note:
-Flight is not included
-Airport code: Vieux Fort (UVF) which is approx 1 hr away from resort and Carnival parade and party grounds
-Travel Protection is not included but can be added within 7 days of initial booking. We strongly suggest third-party trip insurance such as Seven Corners or Allianz
-Airport transportation is covered on trip dates only; if you extend your trip or come early, your airport transportation is a personal expense
-Room type: 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 singles ensuites with deep soaking tubs. There is a 6 person max per villa so you may end up sharing a bed if you opt for a roomie pair
-Single occupancy available by request via email; a supplemental fee applies
-All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable; all payments and sales are final without proper Travel Protection
-Daily government tax of $6 per day, per person will be charged at check in or check out and standard hotel incidental hold charges apply
-There will be a trip leader physically present for the duration of your trip. This person will help guide you through the itinerary and assist with maneuvering through airport transportation, coordinating any additional activities or tours for St Lucia and present Carnival info and updates as they become available.
-This is a co-ed trip and dynamic, so men and women of all dynamics over the age of 21 are welcome to join
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing
Important Notes Regarding Carnival:
-Playing Mas (costume dress-up) in the big parade on that Monday is optional
-The costume prices range on average from $500 and up depending on whether you play front or backline
-WUHU will pick two bands to play with, and you have the option to pick from our group bands or one of your own. The band launch is usually late winter
-Transportation to and from all Carnival activities is not included in the package but options will be available to add shortly band launch
-Fete, or "party", list and party details are released in late spring by the STL Carnival Commission, which is not affiliated with WUHU and cost around $85–$100 per fete, on average
-There is also a parade on Tuesday that would be considered the finale to the carnival season. While this is not included in the trip or required to attend, it is an option for those who want to take one last lap with their fellow masqueraders
-A #TheWUHUWay & #TaeDay Itinerary, both optional, will be created to align with Carnival as well as coordination to all their events
-Carnival is an annual event in St Lucia full cultural celebrations, vibrant music festivals and a parade on Monday that you can watch or walk in
