📌 Please Note (Read All):
-A valid passport is required
-Airport code: HKT (Phuket International Airport)
-**Roundtrip airport transportation is included only if flight details are submitted to the agency no later than 60 days prior to departure
-Failure to submit flight details by this date will result in forfeiture of airport transfers, and transportation will become the traveler’s responsibility and expense
-Airport transfers apply only for the official trip dates. Early or late arrivals require a written request at least 45 days in advance and may incur additional fees
-Roommate pairing available until August 31st, 2026. After the assigned deadline, guests must secure their own roommate or request a single occupancy option
-This is a co-ed experience. Male guests are encouraged to book with a roommate of their choosing
-Incidental holds for may apply and are payable directly to the hotel based on local regulations
-Some activities and excursions may require moderate physical activity, including stepping in and out of boats, walking on sand, docks, or uneven surfaces
-Only registered guests are permitted in hotel rooms; outside visitors may not be allowed
-Travel insurance is strongly recommended (Seven Corners or Allianz)
-Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements for Thailand prior to departure

Up-close interaction with elephants in a beach/ocean setting, including a guided experience and complimentary photo opportunities. This is a more immersive, scenic alternative to traditional elephant excursions

✈️ Bangkok Add-On:
Optional extensions to Bangkok are not included in the package; however, requests will open this summer. As Thailand’s vibrant capital, Bangkok offers a dynamic mix of culture, nightlife, shopping, and cuisine — the perfect complement to your Phuket experience. Guidance, quotes, and coordination will be provided for interested guests.
🔸 Itinerary:
A detailed itinerary will be shared approximately 45 days prior to departure and is subject to change.
It will include the two signature tours in the package, curated group dining experiences, cultural activities, and select free time. Optional activities include visits to popular content-worthy spots such as the Lily Pad Café, a floating beach club, city tour, market/shopping, nightlife, scenic viewpoints, and other local experiences.
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
