We provide all guests with specific instructions including times of each activity on the itinerary per day and it’s important we remain adherent to the time specified on our travel plan. In essence of fairness to all travelers, in the event you are not prepared for transportation pick up or drop off, or any other activities at the scheduled time, please note that the group will have to leave without you and you would be responsible for an incurred expense to either come back to get you or obtain your own transfer. In this case, we encourage you all to be prompt and ready at the scheduled time of the activity.
