$199 non-refundable deposit to book per adult
 
This will be followed by a second non-refundable payment of $150, due 60 days after booking and then a third non-refundable payment of $150, due 60 days after the second payment
 
Remaining balance due in full: February 15th, 2026
 
Failure to pay by 11:59pm on due date will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation

Important Notes:
-A valid passport is required for travel.
-Flights are not included in the package.
-Airport Code: HND (Tokyo Haneda International Airport)
-A dedicated trip host will be available, either virtually with an onsite hotel representative or as a physical trip leader.
-Open to all travelers over the age of 21 regardless of gender.
-Travel insurance is available for purchase through our vendor, Seven Corners, via our website.
-A standard hotel incidental hold or charge may apply at check-in.
-Roommate pairing is available until December 31st, 2025. After this date, you may still book if space is available, but you'll need to arrange your own roommate or request a single occupancy rate.
-*Roundtrip ground transportation is included if flight details are provided at least 45 days before arrival. It is only set for the trip’s associated dates. Guests wishing to extend their stay, arrive early, or adjust dates must submit a written request at least 45 days prior to departure for transportation approval. Additional fees may apply, at the vendor’s discretion.
-Transportation options around Tokyo such as trains, buses, taxis, and/or uber-like services will be provided for all travelers and based on preference. The hotel is situated in the Tokyo Bay area, which may result in longer travel times depending on the activities scheduled in the itinerary.
 
Itinerary:
The itinerary, infused with #TheWUHUWay vibes, will be sent to all passengers within 60 days of departure, with more details. Please note that the itinerary is subject to change.
 
The trip also includes planning and coordinating for activities like Mario Street Cars (for adults only), Shopping Day, Temple Visit, Food Tour, Night Out, Group Dinner, and optional day trips to Mt. Fuji, Disney, and more.
 
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
