Then, a second non-refundable deposit of $150 is due December 31st, 2026

After your second non-refundable deposit payment, installments are due as follows:

March 26th, 2027: $150

May 28th 2027: $150

Remaining balance due in full: September 19th, 2027

Failure to submit payment by 11:59pm on the due date will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation

Enjoy a two-day, one-night #VIPOrNothinOnWater Experience featuring:

•One night in a balcony cabin with bay views and a private soaker bathtub

-*Roundtrip airport transportation is included only if your flight details are submitted 60 days before the trip begins, if flight details are not received by this deadline, airport transportation becomes the traveler’s responsibility and expense

-Included airport transfers cover the official trip dates, any requests for transfers outside these dates must be submitted in writing by September 30th, 2027 and are subject to availability and additional fees

-Roommate pairing is available until August 31st, 2027. After this date, travelers must secure their own roommate or book single occupancy, subject to availability

-This is a co-ed experience. Male guests are encouraged to book with a roommate of their choosing or single occupancy

-Single occupancy costs an additional + $500

-The hotel may require a refundable security deposit or temporary card hold for incidental expenses. This is handled directly with the property

-Our Friendsgiving welcome dinner celebrates the spirit of the holiday through gratitude, connection, and a shared dining experience. A traditional American Thanksgiving menu is not guaranteed

-Some activities may involve walking, steps, uneven surfaces, boat boarding, and optional water activities. Please advise WUHU of relevant accessibility or dietary needs before booking

-Modest clothing is required at certain cultural and religious sites. Site access, Train Street access, and cruise activities remain subject to local operating conditions and permissions

-We encourage all guests to obtain third-party travel insurance, we recommend Allianz or Seven Corners

🔸 Hotel, Cruise & Departure Day Information:

Our Vietnam trip includes four nights in Hanoi and one overnight cruise through the beautiful waters of Ha Long Bay. Guests will check out of the hotel before boarding the cruise. WUHU will share additional packing, luggage, and transportation instructions with the group as we get closer to departure.

✈️ Return Flight Information for Departure Day:

Our final day includes returning to the mainland after our overnight cruise before traveling to Hanoi’s airport. To allow enough time for disembarkation and transportation, we recommend booking return flights departing Hanoi (HAN) at 7:00pm or later on November 24th. If you are unable to find a flight within this timeframe, please email WUHU before purchasing your airfare so we can review your options and coordinate any necessary arrangements.

🔸 Itinerary:

In addition to the activities included in the package, your itinerary will highlight opportunities to enjoy Hanoi’s local culture, dining and content-worthy moments during your free time, such as:

•The viral rainbow slide

•Vietnamese coffee shops and aesthetic dining spots

•Additional rooftop dining and drinks during free time

•Local markets, shopping, and additional Old Quarter exploration

•Independent relaxation and extra photo stops as time allows

A detailed itinerary will be shared approximately 45–60 days before departure. The itinerary is subject to change based on supplier availability, weather, traffic, and group logistics.

Pre-Departure Communication:

-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip

-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark

-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip

-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival

Financial Terms:

-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.

-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
