Then, a second non-refundable payment of $199 is due June 31st, 2026
 
Remaining balance due in full: January 24th, 2027
 
Failure to submit payment by 11:59 PM on the due date will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation

📌 Please Note:
-A passport is not required; a REAL ID-compliant form of identification is strongly recommended 
-**Shared roundtrip airport transportation is included on official trip dates only to/from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)
-Shared transportation operates on a set schedule:
Airport pickups (PHX → Resort): 8am, 11am and 2pm
Resort departures (Resort → PHX): 7am, 10am and 1pm
-Guests are responsible for booking flights that align with the scheduled transfer times to take advantage of transportation included in package. If your flight does not align, you may experience extended wait times or will need to arrange alternate transportation, however, private airport transportation is available for an additional fee for guests who prefer a more direct and flexible transfer option or just a private option in general. Requests can be made via email
-Roommate pairing available until September 30th 2026. After the assigned deadline, guests must secure their own roommate or request a single occupancy option
-Open to all travelers aged 21+, however, male guests must to book with a roommate of their choosing, no pairing available 
-Incidental holds for may apply and are payable directly to the hotel based on local regulations
-Travel insurance is strongly recommended (Seven Corners or Allianz)
-All payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
-Single occupancy pricing has a supplemental fee increase, request pricing via email
 
🔅 Itinerary: 
This is a structured wellness retreat experience — daily programming and activities are thoughtfully planned and scheduled. While there will be designated time for relaxation and personal enjoyment, guests should expect full, intentional days centered around wellness, healing, and group experiences. A full detailed itinerary will be provided 45–60 days prior to departure.
 
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
