This oceanfront private oasis includes:
• One (1) 3-bedroom Ocean View Villa

-A visa is required and can be purchased online for $50 and mandatory inbound travel insurance is required by Tanzania and must be obtained before arrival
-Traveler must have at least 6 months left on passport from arrival day and at least one empty page for stamp
-*Roundtrip ground airport transportation is included if flight information is received 60 days before arrival
-Local hotel taxes of $5 (USD) per person, per night will be charged at check in and is not included in package price
-Men are absolutely welcome on this trip! To maintain everyone’s comfort and privacy within the open-concept villa, all male travelers—whether booking solo or with another guest—will be accommodated in a separate one-bedroom villa
-Travel insurance is highly recommended and we encourage Seven Corners or Allianz
-Roommate pairing is available until July 31st, 2025, after this date you will have to book with a guest
 
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
 
Financial Terms:
-Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
